• Security will be applicable on Rented Category. Below Mentioned is the item Wise security Details. For customize packages security will not be applicable on item basis.

  Room Cooler	3 Months’ Rent depends on tenure chosen  (Refundable)
  Desert Cooler	3 Months’ Rent depends on tenure chosen  (Refundable)

• Delivery Charges - Rs.250* for within 10 Kms of Wakad (Non - refundable)
• ​No pickup charges.
• No Installation charges for Cooler **

*Delivery charges are applicable on the complete order and not on individual item.
However, Installation charges are as per the individual item.

** For Stand requirement charges need to be pay extra and for cooler.

• Minimum Renting tenure is 4 months.
• All the prices Mentioned in the rented category is Monthly basis.
• In case you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it at the time of delivery itself & we will initiate the refund. We do not accept returns once the delivery has been received by the customer.
• You will need to submit your address and identity proof. Upon submission, the delivery is typically done within 72 hours.
• You will receive a call from us to schedule the delivery date and time.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for certain products, in case use of elevator is not permitted.
• For Rented Category - After 6 months if the Customer want to purchase the rented item he/she can contact FurnishedKaro Team, Pay the 50% amount of the MRP mentioned during rent agreement.
• For Buy Category - After 6 Months If customer want to sale the item we will purchase* the item at 50 % of the buying Cost .For less than 6 Months he/she need to contact FurnishedKaro Team.
